Founder & Fitness Coach | NASM Certified Personal Trainer

My own fitness journey and years of coaching taught me to start with the person, not a preset program. Let’s talk about what you want to keep doing—and how a practical plan could help.

My journey began with a personal challenge.

In my late twenties, I weighed more than 130 kg. Excess weight and fatigue were affecting everyday life. A personal effort to improve my fitness grew into a deeper interest in strength, movement and physical well-being.

It changed how I looked at fitness. Progress wasn't simply about losing weight or changing my appearance; it meant building strength, moving better and developing habits I could sustain.

Knowing you need a change and finding a practical way to make it are different things. That experience still shapes how I listen to people and help them find a realistic starting point.

I understand a demanding professional life.

Alongside my fitness journey, I built a career spanning more than 20 years in corporate operations, supply chain and leadership. My responsibilities extended across 10 markets, with business travel through the Middle East, North Africa, Europe and the United States.

Long flights and changing schedules often pushed exercise, sleep and recovery aside. I understand how hard it can be to make time for yourself around work and family.

A fitness plan should work around real life, with a consistent routine you can realistically follow.

From personal interest to professional coaching.

I owned and operated a fitness studio in India, working as a personal trainer and supporting member consultations and fitness operations. Working directly with people showed me how differently we respond to exercise, motivation and guidance.

I later continued as an independent personal trainer and fitness coach, combining practical training with individual attention to help people build confidence.

Why I created Active Life.

I wanted to help people maintain strength, movement and physical independence as they grow older—so they can travel, stay active with family, enjoy hobbies and manage everyday tasks confidently.

I created Active Life for that kind of active aging: individualized coaching for strength and independence, not one-size-fits-all routines or unrealistic promises.

How I approach coaching.

Effective coaching starts with listening to your goals, experience, lifestyle and current capabilities. We build an appropriate plan together, progress thoughtfully, review results and adjust when needed.

My role is to offer clear guidance and practical routines, not unnecessary complexity or extreme promises. You deserve a plan that respects your starting point and helps you take ownership of your fitness.

Fitness isn't about chasing perfection. It's about developing the strength, mobility and confidence to keep living life on your own terms. That's the approach behind Active Life.

Our approach

Active Life offers practical, individualized fitness coaching shaped around your goals, abilities and daily life—whether you're returning to exercise, managing your weight or building strength for the years ahead.

Three complementary principles

Strength

Build the capacity to carry groceries, climb stairs, enjoy hobbies and stay independent. Your plan starts where you are, with appropriate progression and clear guidance.

Mobility

Move with greater confidence in exercise and everyday life. Guided movement and individualized mobility work support the range and control that matter for your activities.

Recovery

Make room for rest, manageable training and appropriate movement between workouts. Nonmedical recovery habits and coaching support help you build a routine you can sustain; any separate hands-on service remains subject to its own approvals.

Qualifications

Specialist bodywork education does not constitute regulated healthcare licensure. The availability of individual services depends on applicable approvals.
