Website Terms of Use

These terms describe how this website's general information should be understood. They are not a client service agreement, and nothing here is accepted by visiting the site.

Effective 28 October 2026

General information only

Website content is general information. Active Life provides nonmedical fitness services; we do not diagnose or provide medical treatment. Content on this site is not medical advice.

Your individual agreement controls

Browsing this website does not create any agreement. If you become a client, your individual signed agreement sets the actual price, services and rights. Future changes to website information apply going forward and do not modify a signed agreement.

Rates are indicative

Rates and durations shown on this website are indicative and may change prospectively. A rate shown for a service that is not yet available is information only — it is not an offer, a reservation or an authorization.

Services shown as "coming soon" or not currently available — including Thai bodywork and targeted recovery services — are not being offered, and viewing them does not entitle anyone to book them.

No checkout or enrolment on this site

This website does not sell services: there is no checkout, payment, enrolment or paid booking here. The only thing you can book on this site is a free 20-minute consultation, through an external scheduling link.

Service suitability is reviewed individually

Services, location, insurance, regulatory and tax suitability are confirmed through manual review before anything begins. Paid services are available to adults 18 or older, with Ontario as the first approved region.

Enquiries are welcome from anywhere, but an enquiry from outside Ontario does not mean automatic enrolment; international enquiries are reviewed manually.

Using this website

Website text, images and branding belong to Active Life or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. You may share links to public pages.

Third-party services and links

Where a third-party service is used (such as the external consultation scheduler), its own conditions may apply. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content. Mention of any service is not a promise that it is available.

Your legal rights

Nothing on this website waives your consumer or other statutory rights, including rights under Ontario consumer protection law. If anything here conflicts with a mandatory legal right, the law prevails.

Changes and effective date

This policy is effective 28 October 2026. Future changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
