We aim to provide accessible digital information and can offer information in other formats or ways of communicating, extra time, and explanations by phone or video.

We can help with forms while keeping your consent and control in your hands, and you are welcome to bring an appropriate support person.

Accommodation is considered case by case, consistent with genuine safety and the law. Age or disability never implies incapacity.

We are working to make this website easy to use and aim for WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a voluntary target. We do not currently claim certification against any accessibility standard.

As a small business with fewer than 50 employees, we are not subject to a mandatory specific website-standard requirement in Ontario, but accessibility policies and providing information in accessible formats on request remain part of how we work.
