The experience

A distinct approach. At your pace.

Traditional Thai Bodywork

The planned session takes place on a floor mat with supported positioning. Assisted stretches and movements, supported positioning and carefully controlled pressure form a distinct bodywork approach. Techniques and intensity would be discussed and adapted within agreed boundaries, not pushed through discomfort.

Different from Assisted Stretching

Assisted Stretching & Mobility is a fitness and flexibility service centred on guided stretching and mobility work. Traditional Thai is a separate mat-based bodywork service that also involves positioning and controlled pressure. Suitability and consent are reviewed separately for each.

Different from Thai Oil

Thai Oil is a separate oil-based bodywork approach, with its own coverage, draping and consent requirements. It is not included in a mat-based Traditional Thai session. Each service has its own suitability and consent requirements.

For a fitness and flexibility focus, Assisted Stretching & Mobility can be discussed during a free consultation; paid sessions are not self-bookable online.

Suitability & consent

A session that suits you

Appointment-specific screening and manual suitability review would come before any hands-on session. Relevant health considerations may require appropriate clinical advice or clearance. Review does not guarantee approval, and existing coaching membership is not required.

Permission throughout

Hands-on consent and explicit permission for touch are required before techniques begin. You can decline a technique, request a change, pause or stop at any point. Your agreed boundaries guide the session throughout.

Clear scope & delivery boundaries

This is non-medical bodywork, not diagnosis, treatment, pain treatment, RMT massage therapy or physiotherapy. Detailed location, service coverage, local legal requirements and practitioner insurance must be confirmed before any delivery. This page is not regulatory approval or an announcement of availability.

Planned process · Information only

Reviewed first. Confirmed last.

Future session journey only, after service-specific clearance—not an active booking process.

A little clarity

Your questions.

Where will Traditional Thai Bodywork be available?

Toronto — planned, subject to municipal licensing, service-specific insurance, operating arrangements and approvals. Mississauga — possible future service area; requirements and insurance coverage are still under review. Not currently available or confirmed in Mississauga. Coming Soon — Not Yet Bookable. These are planned services, not currently available in either city. Register interest only, no booking or payment, no promise or automatic confirmation of a service location.

Is Traditional Thai Bodywork available to book?

Not yet. This service is coming soon and remains subject to service-specific licensing, insurance and operational clearance. You may register interest for free; registration is not a booking or approval.

How should I prepare?

Service-specific preparation and comfortable supported positioning would be discussed before an approved session. Your privacy, comfort and consent remain protected.

Is the session floor-based?

Yes, the planned Traditional Thai session is mat-based on the floor. Comfort with floor positioning and getting down to and up from the mat would be considered during suitability review. An alternative setup is not promised.

How is this different from stretching or Thai Oil?

Assisted Stretching is a fitness and flexibility service. Traditional Thai is a distinct mat-based approach involving assisted movements, positioning and controlled pressure. Thai Oil is separate oil-based bodywork with different coverage and draping requirements; it is not included here.

Can I choose what happens during the session?

Yes. Hands-on consent and permission for touch come first. You can decline any technique, ask for an adjustment, pause or stop at any point, without needing to continue through discomfort.

Is this medical care or treatment for pain?

No. This is non-medical bodywork, not diagnosis or treatment, RMT massage therapy or physiotherapy. It does not replace clinical care. Suitability review may identify a need for clinical advice or clearance before a session can be considered.

How can I enquire or book? Do I need coaching membership?

Only free interest registration is available—not an appointment, eligibility approval or marketing opt-in. No coaching membership is required; suitability and consent are reviewed independently when the service opens.
