A considered focus

Movement around your everyday routine.

Unlike general Assisted Stretching & Mobility, this focus is organised around desk and device use. Possible session elements are selected individually, not delivered as a fixed treatment protocol.

Gentle movement

Appropriate stretching and mobility shaped around how you move, your capacity and the demands of desk-heavy days.

Positioning and comfort

Explore supported positions and practical movement variations for relaxation and comfort, without promises of symptom relief.

Permission-led support

Any suitable hands-on techniques require individual review and explicit consent. You can decline touch, pause or stop at any time.

Before any future session

Reviewed individually. Agreed together.

  1. Confirm the service

When separately cleared for availability, confirm the proposed session scope, duration and price before making any arrangement.

  2. Review suitability

Discuss your routines, movement capacity and boundaries. Hands-on work needs specific consent; a session is not approved automatically.

  3. Agree the approach

Only after individual review and regulatory and insurance clearance would arrangements be confirmed. Adjust or stop any technique on your terms.

This process is not active. No medical diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation or pain cure is offered, and this service is not licensed RMT care or physiotherapy.

A little clarity

Your questions.

Where will Desk & Tech Recovery be available?

Toronto — planned, subject to municipal licensing, service-specific insurance, operating arrangements and approvals. Mississauga — possible future service area; requirements and insurance coverage are still under review. Not currently available or confirmed in Mississauga. Coming Soon — Not Yet Bookable. These are planned services, not currently available in either city. Register interest only, no booking or payment, no promise or automatic confirmation of a service location.

Does Desk & Tech Recovery treat neck or back pain?

No. It is a planned nonmedical movement and comfort offering for desk-heavy routines, not diagnosis, pain treatment, massage therapy or physiotherapy. It is not currently bookable.

Who is this intended for?

Desk professionals and people who spend time using computers or devices and want to explore gentle movement, relaxation and comfort support. Individual suitability must be reviewed; desk work alone does not establish eligibility.

How is this different from Assisted Stretching & Mobility?

Assisted Stretching & Mobility has a general fitness and flexibility focus. Desk & Tech Recovery centres that non-medical movement approach on desk-heavy routines, positioning and relaxation. It is not a new medical specialty.

Is it a standalone option?

It is intended as a standalone service, not a coaching-program requirement or a membership bundle. Availability and individual suitability remain subject to separate confirmation.

Does every session involve hands-on techniques?

No hands-on technique is assumed. The approach depends on individual suitability and your consent. You may decline touch, withdraw consent, pause or stop any technique at any time.

Can this diagnose or treat pain or an injury?

No. This is non-medical movement and comfort support, not diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, massage therapy (RMT) or physiotherapy. It does not promise pain cures. Concerns needing clinical assessment belong with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Where can I find session details, and can I book?

The planned duration and price are shown above before applicable tax. Only free interest registration is available—not an appointment, eligibility approval or marketing opt-in. Individual suitability and consent are required before any future session.
